Monthly Wellbeing Workshops
Each month we focus on a different topic and use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and other simple but effective tools you can then use every day to make life’s stressors easier to navigate. Whatever the topic, the focus is always about you and what you want to achieve or change.
The great thing about using EFT in a group is that you still get to work on what’s personal to you. There’s no requirement to bare your soul and yet you’ll likely find yourself sharing your experience and taking comfort that you’re not alone in how you’re feeling.
A whole 2 hours of ‘me-time’ where you get to stop, relax and regenerate. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, have learned one of the best tools for changing how you feel and have met some lovely like-minded people who, just like you, want to improve their life and how they feel. You’ll also get the chance to do lots of tapping (that’s the EFT) and the opportunity to work on a 1-1 with a professional and experienced EFT practitioner (that’s me).

I know it’s not always easy coming to a new group but please don’t worry, we were all new at one time and know how that feels. If you’re especially worried or nervous then we can always have a chat beforehand.
