When I started working with Gill I felt low and depressed. I felt like I was in a hole and unsure how to get out of it. I’m not sure I really had any expectations, perhaps a bit unsure if I would find it useful or if it was a process that would be particularly helpful for me. After working with Gill over the past month or so I have felt better within myself and I was able to climb out of the hole I was in.

The sessions really helped me believe in myself again. It was good to be able to talk to someone about my problems and find a way forward. I’m very happy with the results, Gill is very good at what she does and I felt very confident in her abilities.

Before my sessions with Gill I had a lot of stress around work: one example would be anxiety over my ability to do the job in hand, and perceiving everything as a problem I could not cope with. This negative thinking consumed my time and energy in a very destructive way and fed into a cycle of anxiety which I didn’t know how to break. I was unsure what to expect, or how it would work and if it would work for me even if it worked for others.

I’ve achieved positive results from the EFT, which has led to me being able to control and defuse moments of anxiety better. I’m very happy with the results of working with Gill as this work has opened up some valuable EFT and breathing techniques which allow me to manage and control anxiety events better and I’m now starting to look at and tackle the root causes of the anxiety/stress I get from my job.

I would recommend this to anyone who has ‘stuff’ to clear that may be stopping them moving forward or believing in themselves and/or needs to build resilience. I really value having the ability to now treat any anxiety/stress myself as it happens. This is extremely useful because I can use it as and when I feel the need rather than waiting for a session long after the event.
